The Fort House - Galle

This place is a gem with a beautiful renovated house vibe. The rooms felt cozy, and the location was super convenient for exploring the nearby fort. We particularly appreciated the charming courtyard and spacious bathroom.

The hotel was fairly clean and the location was best possible in Galle downtown. The room was well furnished and brand-new and having a safe box, an iron, and an electronic key card in it was handy. It overlooked garden and had a comfortable bed. The staff was especially helpful and exceptionally attentive and everything was lovely.

The hotel is beautifully decorated with charming, artistic touches and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. The common areas were easily accessible for seniors.

A couple of bigger towels would be nice.

The staff were pretty good in making our stay special, ensuring all our needs were met. The breakfast options were plenty, offering fresh juice, fruit, and delicious local dishes that kept us satisfied. Our room was beautifully decorated, reflecting the character of the area with fine garden views that elevated our experience.

The only downside was that the towels provided could be larger.

Fort house is a beautiful and stylish hotel near the fort wall. The queen room was comfy, and we enjoyed the nice breakfast each morning. The staff were lovely. The location is perfect for exploring, with a quick walk to a small beach.

This place is conveniently located, right near the heart of town - close to the fort, lots of restaurants, and shops in the downtown area. the room was comfy with a nice bed and a bathroom stocked with a shower, hairdryer, and even a bidet! 🛁

The room was gorgeous and amazingly comfortable. the hotel was in an ideal location, in the Fort area. - It was so close to the center of the Galle Fort, all restaurants, cafes, and shops.

The breakfast here was fabulous with delicious local dishes and the property is conveniently located in the heart of the city.
